CD Requirements

  • The minimum opening deposit to open and maintain the stated annual percentage yield (APY) is $500.00.
  • APY is accurate as of 2/2/2026.

  • A penalty can occur for early withdrawal.
  • Special CD rates are effective for the initial term only. CD will automatically renew at the base non-special rate in effect at maturity for the corresponding original term.

^ Bump Special Rate/APY applies to customers who qualify. Qualifying customers will receive 0.20% increase on the Base Special rate for the initial term of the CD. To qualify, the customer MUST:

1) Have an active Bank of Lexington checking account with monthly direct deposit (excludes Zelle® credits) of at least two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00). Customer will have 30 days from CD opening date to have direct deposit posted to their account. If direct deposit is not posted within 30 days of CD opening, the 0.20% increase will be removed, and the rate on the CD for the remaining term will be the Base Special rate.
