Full-Time Customer Service Representative
Bank of Lexington is seeking a full time Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities include: Serving as the bank’s primary contact with the general public and provide each customer with prompt, courteous service, processing transactions in accordance with bank policy and procedures, maintaining a balanced cash drawer, assisting Bank customers with questions, issue resolutions, or account maintenance, opening various bank accounts including personal and business checking, savings, certificate of deposits, and IRA accounts, and any other duties as necessary or assigned.
Requirements/Qualifications: Excellent communication skills; ability to multitask and do detailed work accurately. Previous customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
