What is your transaction cutoff time?
Transactions accepted by close of business on any business day will be credited the next business day. Domestic Outgoing Wire requests received after 4:00pm (EST) and/or International Outgoing Wire requests received after 3:00pm (EST) will be processed the next business day.

What do I do if my debit card is lost or stolen?
If your debit card is lost or stolen during regular banking hours, please contact us at 859-219-2900. If your card is lost or stolen after hours, please call 1-800-500-1044.
How do I access my accounts online?
If you are a current Bank of Lexington customer and already have a login and password, use the log in box on our Website to sign in. If you are a current customer and have not yet setup your online username and password, contact one of our customer service representatives at 859-219-2900 to begin your process.
How do I sign up for Mobile Banking?
Download the I Bank with BOL mobile app on your Apple or Android device or contact a customer service representative at 859-219-2900.
How frequently is account information updated?
Your account information is updated every business day with new transactions that posted to your account the previous day.
How much FDIC insurance coverage do I have?
Basic FDIC insurance coverage has been permanently increased to $250,000 per depositor. Use the FDIC’s Electronic Deposit Insurance Estimator (EDIE) to calculate the insurance coverage for all of your accounts at Bank of Lexington.
How do I setup Direct Deposit of my payroll check?
When your checking account is opened, you will receive our routing and transit number and your account number.
Simply provide this information to your employer.

*Holiday Policy: When holidays fall on Saturday, Bank of Lexington will be open the preceding Friday and closed Saturday. For holidays falling on Sunday, Bank of Lexington will be closed the following Monday.
