What is your transaction cutoff time?

Transactions accepted after 4:00pm will be credited the next business day. Domestic Outgoing Wire requests received after 4:00pm (EST) and/or International Outgoing Wire requests received after 3:00pm (EST) will be processed the next business day.

What do I do if my debit card is lost or stolen?

If your debit card is lost or stolen during regular banking hours, please contact us at 859-219-2900. If your card is lost or stolen after hours, please call 1-800-500-1044.

How do I access my accounts online?

If you are a current Bank of Lexington customer and already have a login and password, use the log in box on our Website to sign in. If you are a current customer and have not yet setup your online username and password, contact one of our customer service representatives at 859-219-2900 to begin your process.

How do I sign up for Mobile Banking?

Log in to Online Banking on your computer and choose the Mobile Banking option. Enroll your mobile phone and follow the activation instructions. If you experience any issues, log in to the Mobile Banking Center and check out the FAQs or contact a customer service representative at 859-219-2900.

What are the Text Banking commands?

How frequently is account information updated?

Your account information is updated every business day with new transactions that posted to your account the previous day.

How much FDIC insurance coverage do I have?

Basic FDIC insurance coverage has been permanently increased to $250,000 per depositor. Use the FDIC’s Electronic Deposit Insurance Estimator (EDIE) to calculate the insurance coverage for all of your accounts at Bank of Lexington.https://www2.fdic.gov/EDIE/index.html

How can I send Bank of Lexington a secure email?

The best way to communicate with Bank of Lexington electronically and the only way to ensure your confidential information (account numbers, tax id numbers and financial statements, etc.) is communicated safely – send us a secure email.

Go to our “Contact Us” page and use the “Send us secure email” link. This will open the Sign In or Welcome page.

  • On the Sign In page, you see “For first time users, click here to create your account.” Click the link to continue.
    The Registration page displays.
  • Complete the Registration page as follows:
    • Enter your Email Address.
    • Enter a Password that complies with the Password Rules shown.
    • Re-enter your password.
    • Depending on the selections of the subscribing organization, more information may be required, such as a Password Reminder Phrase that can help you remember your password if you forget it.
  • If you want to view the Secure Message Center in another language, selectthe language you want from the Language drop down box.
    For more information on using the Language feature, see Specifying Your Language.
  • Click Submit Password.
  • You will receive a confirmation email in your regular email Inbox with instructions on how to activate your password.

To sign in to the Secure Message Center:

  • Enter your registered Email Address.
  • If you want to view the Secure Message Center in another language, select the language you want from the Language drop down box.
    For more information on using the Language feature, see Specifying Your Language.
  • Enter your Password.
  • Select the Remember Me check box if you want to save your sign in information on this computer.
    The next time you receive a secure message from this organization, you will not need to enter your sign in information. You will be taken directly from the notification message to the secure message.
    Note: If you Sign Out, you will have to reenter your email address and password the next time you sign in. If you want your password to be saved, close the browser window using the x in the upper right corner, rather than clicking the Sign Out tab.
  • Click Sign In.

To compose a new message:

  • Select the Compose tab.
    You are taken to the Compose tab where a blank email message displays.
  • Enter one or more email addresses, separated by a comma or semi-colon, in the To field.
  • If you would like to send a copy of this email message, enter one or more email addresses in the Cc field.
  • Enter a description for your message in the Subject field.
  • Type your email message text below the Attachments field.
  • Click Attach File to attach files to your message before sending it.
  • Click Send to send your completed message.

How do I setup Direct Deposit of my payroll check?

When your checking account is opened, you will receive our routing and transit number and your account number.
Simply provide this information to your employer.

*Holiday Policy: When holidays fall on Saturday, Bank of Lexington will be open the preceding Friday and closed Saturday. For holidays falling on Sunday, Bank of Lexington will be closed the following Monday.
